Venue Hire Fee Schedule


Prices are going up on 1 July 2018.  If you make your booking on or before 30 June 2018 for an event after 1 July 2018, then prices will remain at the current rates.
New rates will be as follows:  Venue Hire Contract & Booking Form – Prices Effective 1 July 2018.


The prices below are our current rates & include GST:
Function Venue Prices
  • Stanmore Hall (100 guests) $700
  • Village Chapel (2hr ceremony) $500
  • Village Hotel (80 guests) $850
  • Glenowen Homestead (verandah/gazebo) $500
  • Function Room – Half day $130  / Full day $250

Function Rooms attract a bond of $200  

Photo/Film Venue Prices
  • Photographic Location $280
  • Photo Shoots (full day) $400
  • Village as film location $1,000 (plus $500 bond)
Miscellaneous
  • Chapel Decorations $150
  • Bush Chapel $390
  • Gazebos (two available) $400
  • Grounds Ceremony $360
  • Train (one hour) $100
  • Cleaning fee (next day for 4 hrs) – $100 approx from 10am onwards
Set Up Fee
  • On the day of function from 8am – no charge
  • Prior day to event – $150 from 12pm to 4pm
Hire Rates for Sundry Items
  • Tablecloths $11.00 each
  • Chair Covers $5.00 each
  • Sash $1.00 each
  • Napkins $0.50 each
  • Cake Table $3.50
Some of the fine print….
  • 30% of total cost deposit required on booking
  • Full payment required 90 days prior to function (payment plan options are available)
  • Function venues attract a bond of $200
  • Cleaning is included in the price, however we do ask that all rubbish is removed before you leave the venue and the facility is left in a tidy condition
